Quality Policy

At MAS-M we will work to comply with the following quality policies:

We comply with customer requirements, legal regulations and internal standards.

We will continue to work to further improve the condition of our quality management system.

We will strictly promote the 5's (Sort, Order, Clean, Standardize, Discipline). Which is the basis of the manufacturing industry.

1.- At the time of the initial production or flow, let's check completely the quality of the products, etc.

2.- Let's check if work is performed in each process according to the manual to the instruction manual.

3.- Let us be very careful not to make or allow any imprudent change of process, material and design.

4.- Let's try to make purchases of materials that do not generate parts or materials to be discarded in the following days (This is the true image of JIT or just in time).

5.- Let's clarify who is responsible for materials and who is responsible for production instructions.

6.-Do not solve the problem by yourself, but ask for help from others. Report it without fail to your boss or superior staff.

8.- Let us be demanding in economizing and saving 1 yen by reducing the unnecessary ones in the areas of sales, manufacturing, design, materials, etc. and the whole company.

7.- Do not place any order or production only with the company's approval forecasts. Let's have without fail a mail with provisional approval from the customers.

(Exception: Approval from the head of the Business Department).

9.- For the anticipated production, let's fix the amount and have an approval from the head of the Business Dept. (It is preferable to have an approval from the client for the anticipated production).

10.- Regarding the end-of-life (EOL) notification, let us establish beforehand in the contract the approximate term for the end of useful life.

1.- Eliminate man-made disasters (Eradicate all types of careless errors through the production plan, quality management or manufacturing).

2.- If there are processes with poor performance and non-accelerated takt, the manager or the head of the Business Dept. must personally test the task of the process in question.

3.- To reduce the non-operating time. Reduce non-processing time.

4.- Find the cause of bottlenecks and take action.

(Always challenge to achieve the record of productivity per person).

5.- Benchmarking the month of record production.

6.-Develop an efficient and level production plan.

7.- Try to develop best practices horizontally. (Leverage the strengths of others and leave your strengths to others. This results in synergy).

9.- Try to adequately place human resources.

(According to the degrees of difficulty of the process, the placement differentiates between permanent employees and temporary workers, etc.).

10.- Strengthen order management of purchased items and stock management.

(Reduce waste, manage as if it were a household ledger [as if you were treating your own money]).
